7thArt Independent International Film Festival is an international live-screening film festival with an annual gala event envisaged to push the boundaries of filmmaking. Our aim is to promote filmmakers with a unique vision by showcasing it to a large audience. Getting recognition is increasingly difficult for independent filmmakers in this world of the content boom, which is why our mission is to carefully consider and select a wide range of films and present them to the indie film-loving crowd. We are dedicated to the exhibition and preservation of independent films. We showcase the art and power of storytelling worldwide and gather communities to share diverse cultures, viewpoints, and conversations.
Selected works will be screened, and winners will receive digital laurels, certificates, and trophies. Our annual gala event will take place at Aries Plex SL Cinemas on October 30th and 31st, 2026, where each winning film will be honored with an award trophy and official citation. Seasonal live screenings will also be held at Aries Plex SL Cinemas, celebrating outstanding works from each edition of the festival.
The “Best of the Best” honor will be selected from films submitted over the past five years, with the prestigious award presented during the grand gala event at Aries Plex SL Cinemas on October 30th and 31st, 2026. All official selections, nominees, and winners will be prominently featured on our website, ensuring global visibility and recognition for their achievements.
We are committed to supporting and nurturing emerging independent filmmakers and powerful stories from around the world, while building a trusted creative community dedicated to meaningful cinema. We champion bold, risk-taking storytellers and continuously strive to discover, encourage, and elevate independent artists and audiences alike.
As a vibrant platform for cinematic voices, we provide filmmakers with opportunities to showcase their work to international audiences and to be recognized and celebrated for their vision, originality, and artistic excellence.
7th Art Independent International Film Festival wants to help indie filmmakers find success by celebrating their achievements with a plethora of different awards. We embrace innovation and diversity to inspire excellence.
